Class Description
A slower-paced class focused on foundational yoga poses, alignment, breathing, and mindful movement. Designed to help you become familiar with th ebasics at a comfortable pace.
Upcoming Sessions
Cancellation Policy
Please arrive 5-10 minutes before class. Cancellations must be made 8 hours before class. Late cancellations and no-shows will result in the loss of the class credit and a $10 no-show fee will be charged to the card on file.
