We want every visit to Luna Studio Movement to be a great experience. Please review our policies before booking a class.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
8-HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY
We require at least 8 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a class.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 8 hours before the class start time. Once the 8-hour window has passed, the cancellation and rescheduling options will no longer be available.
NO-SHOW POLICY
If you are unable to attend a class and do not cancel at least 8 hours before the start time, you will be considered a no-whoe. Your class credit will be forfeited and a $10 no-show fee will be charged to the card on file.
GRIP SOCKS & MAT TOWELS
Grip socks are required for all classes.
Mat towels are not required but are highgly recommended for comfort and hygiene.
